Terms of service

Practical terms for public storefront monitoring.

These terms govern use of TrackTriage, operated by DEEP Professional Ltd. By using TrackTriage, you confirm that you have authority to monitor the public storefronts you submit and agree to these terms.

Public storefront use only

Only submit publicly accessible storefront pages you are authorised to assess. Do not use TrackTriage to access private systems, bypass controls, collect personal data, or enter checkout. TrackTriage may refuse or stop a scan that appears unsafe or abusive.

What the service provides

TrackTriage reports browser-visible public evidence. It is not a guarantee that tracking, consent, checkout, analytics, attribution, advertising-platform delivery, or revenue measurement is working. You remain responsible for your implementation, legal compliance, and production decisions.

Subscription, cancellation and refunds

Paid Monitor access covers the number of stores shown at checkout. The Founding Monitor plan is $19 USD per month for the first 25 stores. That price is guaranteed for 12 months while you remain subscribed. You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal at any time; cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid period. If TrackTriage is not useful, request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment by contacting support.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but public storefronts and third-party providers can be unavailable or change without notice. To the maximum extent allowed by law, TrackTriage is provided without warranties and DEEP Professional Ltd is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, or decisions made solely from a TrackTriage report.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be posted here. For questions, account-data requests, or billing help, contact support@tracktriage.com.
