Support

Clear help for a public tracking incident.

For account, billing or monitoring help, email support@tracktriage.com. Include the storefront hostname and the incident or report link, but never send passwords, customer information, or platform API keys.

When an alert arrives

  1. Open the incident and compare the before and confirmed public evidence.
  2. Share the handoff with the developer or agency responsible for the storefront.
  3. Check your own tag manager, analytics and advertising platforms before making a production change.

When a check is unavailable

Public storefronts can block a browser, require an unavailable interaction, or change while being checked. TrackTriage marks those journey steps as unavailable rather than claiming they passed. An unavailable journey alone does not create a confirmed tracking incident.

Billing and cancellation

You can manage payment details or cancel an active subscription from the secure Stripe billing portal linked in your dashboard. Contact support if you cannot access the account that owns the subscription.
